We currently ship within the European Union only.

Orders are usually processed within 1 business day, weekends and holidays excluded. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days with DHL, DPD or a regional partner.

Shipping is free on orders over €75. Below that, a flat rate applies: €4.99 within Germany and €9.99 to other EU countries. You find all details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking number. If it has not arrived within 7 business days, write to us at hello@magalieandme.com.

No. All prices include VAT and no additional fees apply at delivery.

Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons this applies to unused products with the seal intact. You cover the cost of sending them back.

If you have tried a product and it is not what you hoped for, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. We refund the full purchase price, even if you have already used part of it, and we cover the return shipping. This promise applies in addition to your statutory rights.

At the latest 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, to the payment method you used for your order. We may wait until the products have arrived or you have shown that you sent them back.

Yes, at any time. You can pause, skip a delivery or cancel, and there is no minimum term. Enter your email address on the subscription login page and we send you a link to your subscriptions.
