Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within:

• 14 days of delivery for UK customers
• 30 days of delivery for US customers

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging
• In sellable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

We do not accept returns on:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards or promotional items

To begin a return, please contact our team at hello@magalieandme.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

We'll review your request and, if approved, send return instructions.

Returns are free on all orders — we want you to love what you receive.

Return policies may be subject to change in the future. We'll always keep you informed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

As part of our commitment to responsible business practices, we handle all returns with care — minimising waste and ensuring every item is assessed thoughtfully.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Received something that wasn't quite right? Let us know within 48 hours of delivery at hello@magalieandme.com with a clear photo and your order number. We'll sort it out quickly.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
