- Flat rate £10 for orders under £80
- Carrier Royal Mail or trusted local carriers
- Delivery 2–4 business days
Europe
- Free shipping Orders over €100
- Flat rate €15 for orders under €100
- Carrier DHL, DPD, or regional partners
- Delivery 3–7 business days
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Duties & Taxes
No surprise charges at checkout or delivery.
EU prices include VAT where applicable, and no additional fees should apply at delivery.
Tracking & Updates

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, we'll coordinate with the carrier to resolve it. While we are not liable for theft or loss after handoff, we'll always do our best to assist.
Shipping Exceptions
On rare occasions, large or high-volume orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. If this applies, we'll notify you and provide all relevant tracking details.
