Where We Ship

We presently ship within Europe, United Kingdom and United States. Our model mirrors satisfied customer experiences—seamless and straightforward across both regions.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $80

  • $25 flat-rate shipping for orders under $80

  • Delivered via USPS First-Class, UPS SurePost, or UPS Expedited services

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days

United Kingdom

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £80

  • £10 flat-rate shipping for orders under £80

  • Delivered via Royal Mail or trusted local carriers

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

Europe

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over €100

  • €15 flat-rate shipping for orders under €100

  • Delivered via DHL, DPD, or local partners depending on your country

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on location

Duties & Taxes

All prices are inclusive of local duties and taxes in the UK and US—no surprise charges at checkout or delivery

Tracking & Updates

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number. If it doesn’t arrive within 3 business days, reach out to us at hello@magalieandme.com and we’ll assist.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Should delivery be delayed, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. Naturally, in line with best practices, we aren’t responsible for theft or loss after carrier handoff.

High-volume or bulky orders may require splitting into multiple shipments. We’ll notify you if this applies.
